The St. Louis Rams did not have a practice Thursday but they still had to file an injury report nonetheless based on expectations.
After not practicing on Wednesday, running back Chase Reynolds (knee) and defensive end Eugene Sims (knee) are listed as not being able to work on Thursday. Being as both players missed the Rams Week 2 game against the Washington Redskins, it’s a good bet that neither will be active Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Running back Todd Gurley (knee) is also on the Rams Thursday injury report and would’ve participated fully had the team practiced. Gurley wasn’t listed on the Rams Wednesday injury report that was posted on the team’s official website, but the league’s version of the report now has him listed on that day as practicing fully.
It is still unknown whether or not Gurley will actually make his NFL debut Sunday against the Steelers as Rams head coach Jeff Fisher isn’t tipping his hand. Last week, Gurley entered the game listed as questionable so it will be interesting to see how he’s listed on Friday.
