Several Pittsburgh Steelers players are currently out in Arizona training and on Wednesday, linebacker James Harrison posted a video on his Instagram account of him playing a game of Danney-ball with teammates Ryan Shazier, Vince Williams and Robert Golden.
As you can see, the ball that’s being used in this game is a 10 pound medicine ball and the game was created by Scottsdale trainer, Ian Danney.
This Danney-ball game isn’t new, however, and if you watch the story that KSAZ-TV in Phoenix did last July, you will learn more about the benefits of the game from former Steelers safety Ryan Clark, who recently retired after playing last year for the Washington Redskins.
