2013 NFL Week 9 Stats – Adjusted Net Yards Per Passing Attempt Differential

You don’t need the ANY/A stats to know just how bad the 2013 season is going for the Pittsburgh Steelers, but just in case you do, below are the differential stats through the week nine games.

The Steelers have been trending in the wrong direction the last few weeks and are now in jeopardy of falling below the -1.00 mark. The sacks and turnovers on both sides of the football is what is killing this team along with their failure to stop the run on defense.

This week, the Steelers play the Buffalo Bills, a team that actually has a worse differential than they do. However, the Bills will be getting quarterback E.J. Manuel back this week and that should help their offense that has been relying heavily on the running game.

The Seattle Seahawks and the Denver Broncos remain the best teams in the league as far as the ANY/A differential stats go, but all of the teams with a .70 or better number should be in the running to win it all this year and that includes the Philadelphia Eagles, who are starting to play better.
