Steelers Injury Report: Colon Remains Sidelined; Polamalu & Brown Remain On Track To Play

The Pittsburgh Steelers have now completed their Thursday practice as they prepare to play the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday and the post practice injury report is now out.

Not practicing again on Thursday were tackle Mike Adams (ankle), guard Willie Colon (knee), quarterback Byron Leftwich (ribs), and linebacker LaMarr Woodley (ankle). Adams has long since been ruled out for the game while Woodley is almost certain not to play now after starting the week off as doubtful. Adams will be replaced by rookie Kelvin Beachum, while Jason Worilds will replace Woodley at left outside linebacker.

It was expected that Colon might miss the first two days of practice, so Friday now becomes the key day for him. Center Maurkice Pouncey has been working at left guard this week just in case Colon can\’t go on Sunday.

Nose tackle Casey Hampton (illness) was added to the Thursday injury report after missing practice with an illness.

Wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery (ribs) and quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (rib, shoulder) were both limited again on Thursday. Reports after the Thursday practice suggest that it is still not looking that Roethlisberger will be able to play in Baltimore.

Practicing fully again on Thursday were wide receiver Antonio Brown (ankle) and safety Troy Polamalu (calf) as both look to remain on track to play.

Tackle Max Starks (back) also returned on Thursday to practice fully after being given a veterans day off on Wednesday.
