The Steelers began on field practice preparations on Wednesday for their week 13 road game against the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday night. Limited in practice today were T Flozell Adams (back), DE Nick Eason (knee), CB Bryant McFadden (hamstring) and QB Ben Roethlisberger (foot). S Troy Polamalu (ankle) sat out as expected, but should practice by Friday. DE Aaron Smith (triceps) remains sidelined and still will be sidelined at least a few more weeks. TE Matt Spaeth practiced fully and is not listed on the injury report after sitting out last week with a concussion. DE Brett Keisel also practiced fully and looks to return this week from a calf and hamstring injury barring a setback.
For the Ravens on Wednesday, FB Le\’Ron McClain (ankle) did not practice and it is looking like he will not be ready for the Sunday night game. S Dawan Landry (head) was limited today while G Chris Chester (infection), TE Ed Dickson (thigh) and T Michael Oher (knee) practiced fully.
