Season 10, Episode 58 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can and in this Monday show, Alex Kozora and I start by going over the transactions made on Friday by the Pittsburgh Steelers and what the team’s inactive list looked like prior to their Sunday road game against the New York Jets.

The Steelers suffered three injuries to three key offensive players during Sunday’s loss to the Jets so Alex and I recap those and what they mean. We also talk some about running back James Conner being unable to remain healthy.

We talk some about the Steelers playoff scenarios in Week 17 thanks to their Sunday loss to the Jets and discuss the NFL’s decision to flex a few games and one that they chose not to.

The Steelers quarterback play on Sunday against the Jets is discussed to start our recap of the game and from there we move on into breaking down both sides of the football based on the broadcast version. We discuss a few of the late throws to wide receivers James Washington and JuJu Smith-Schuster and if either should have been caught. We also discuss where Smith-Schuster is at right now from a metal standpoint.

Some coordinator talk is discussed as well.

Alex and I finally close out this show like we close out most episodes and that’s by answering several email questions we received from listeners.

As always, several other smaller talking points are mixed in throughout the show that are not highlighted here in this post.

Thanks for listening and don’t forget to call or email with questions or comments and please pass us along to your friends!
