The Indianapolis Colts have now released their second injury report of Week 9 ahead of their Sunday road game against the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Thursday offering includes a few interesting developments.
Not practicing for the Colts on Thursday were tight end Eric Ebron (ankle), wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (calf) and Pierre Desir (hamstring).
Ebron was an injury report addition on Thursday while Hilton, who was listed on Wednesday as a limited participant on the team’s injury report, surprisingly has gone the wrong way. It will be interesting to see if Ebron and Hilton are both able to practice in some capacity on Friday. As for Desir, it looks like he’ll miss another game on Sunday with his hamstring injury.
Listed as limited on Thursday by the Colts were safety Malik Hooker (knee), defensive end Justin Houston (calf), guard Quenton Nelson (hip) and defensive tackle Carl Davis (hamstring). Hooker and Houston, like Ebron, were Thursday adds to the injury report as neither were included in the Wednesday edition. While Nelson has been limited two days in a row, he’s expected to play Sunday against the Steelers.
Practicing fully on Thursday for the Colts were defensive tackle Denico Autry (neck), cornerback Kenny Moore (knee), defensive end Jabaal Sheard (foot), safety Khari Willis (foot), and defensive tackle Tyquan Lewis (ankle). Autry, Moore, Sheard and Wlllis were all listed on Wednesday’s injury report as not practicing.
