2019 Masters Weekend: Steelers Friday Night Five Questions

Steelers Depot Friday Night Five Questions

Happy Friday to yinz and welcome to a great weekend of sports that includes the 2019 Masters and several NHL playoff games.

We are now less than two weeks away from the start of the 2019 NFL Draft so look for us to push out quite a few player profiles and contextualizations over the course of the next 10 days along with a few more mock drafts. These next few weeks should pass quickly.

Alex Kozora and I recorded the annual interview with Dave-Te’ Thomas on Friday morning and as usual, the longtime scout did not disappoint. Hopefully yinz will have time to listen to that episode of ‘The Terrible Podcast’ before the weekend is over.

I have quite a bit of running back tape to watch this weekend as that’s the position I’ve done the least amount of deep studying of so far this offseason. It certainly appears as thigh the Steelers will be selecting one this year at some point during the draft.

I’m pretty stoked about the new Star Wars movie already and in case you missed it this morning, below is the first teaser for it.

As usual, I have five questions for yinz to answer during this Friday night and I hope several do just that in the comments below the post.

Have a great weekend and thank you to all who visited the site this past week.

Peace and love, peace and love!

1 – True or false: The Steelers will draft either West Virginia wide receiver David Sills or Notre Dame wide receiver Miles Boykin this year.

2 – What round are the Steelers most-likely to trade up in this year?

3 – Of the Steelers first five selections that they make in this year’s draft, how many will be offensive players?

4 – The Steelers haven’t opened a regular season at home since 2014. With the 2019 NFL schedule likely to be announced next week and with it being likely that the Steelers will open at home this season, guess which one of the 8 teams listed below they’ll host at Heinz Field in Week 1.

(Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills, Indianapolis Colts, Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Rams, Seattle Seahawks)

5 – Was/is Landry Jones the best quarterback to come out of the 2013 draft class to date? Rank the qualified five quarterbacks below.

EJ Manuel
Geno Smith
Mike Glennon
Matt Barkley
Landry Jones

No recap from last week as David O. is currently out of the country on business.
