Season 8, Episode 96 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this Tuesday show, Alex Kozora sits in for David Todd and we get right to talking about Alabama linebacker Rashaan Evans versus Boise State linebacker Leighton Vander Esch.
We move on to discuss a few more inside linebacker draft prospects in this year’s class and if the round value they might present is better than that of Evans and Vander Esche.
Alex gives his complete thoughts on the Steelers recent signing of free agent safety Nat Berhe and we both quickly review the three-former undrafted free agent offensive linemen the team signed on Monday.
Alex and I go over the Steelers up-to-date pre-draft visitor list and what it might ultimately mean based on history of the organization. We talk about ages of some of the draft prospects in this year’s class and if that will matter to the Steelers. We also talk briefly about the rugby player being brought in for a visit on Tuesday.
We talk about several other draft prospects the Steelers might have interest in this year outside of the usual first-round suspects. This includes some wide receiver prospects.
Should there be more discussion about Alabama safety Ronnie Harrison potentially being the Steelers first-round selection this year? We discuss that topic late in this show.
