The Pittsburgh Steelers have selected Virginia Tech safety Terrell Edmunds with the 28th pick in the first-round of the 2018 NFL Draft.
Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert and head coach Mike Tomlin both attended the Virginia Tech pro day this year.
At the combine this year, Edmunds measured in at 6004, 217-pounds and he ran the 40-yard-dash in 4.47-seconds.
Edmunds registered 182 total tackles in three seasons at Virginia Tech and had 20 passes defensed and 6 interceptions.
