The NFL will release the 2018 preseason schedules for all 32 NFL teams Wednesday night at 5 p.m. EST and at that time we’ll know the four exhibition games the Pittsburgh Steelers will play this year.
Last year the Steelers four preseason games were against the New York Giants, Atlanta Falcons, Indianapolis Colts and Carolina Panthers with their first and fourth contests being on the road.
This year, you can probably once again count on the Steelers closing their preseason schedule out against the Panthers as they’ve done that every year dating back to 2003. With that noted, the Steelers will also play the Panthers during the 2018 regular season at Heinz Field as part of them playing the four teams in the NFC South division this year.
There is probably a decent chance that a few teams on the Steelers 2018 preseason schedule will be either NFC East or NFC North teams.
The NFL usually follows up the release of the preseason schedule with the release of the full regular season schedule just ahead of the draft taking place.
Any guesses as to which four teams the Steelers will play this year during the preseason?
