The Baltimore Ravens have now released their Thursday injury report ahead of Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers and some new names have surfaced on it.
Sitting out Thursday’s practice for the Ravens were linebacker Kamalei Correa (ribs), cornerback Jimmy Smith (ankle), center Jeremy Zuttah (not injury related), linebacker Terrell Suggs (not injury related), and defensive tackle Brent Urban (illness).
It’s looking more and more like Smith won’t be playing against the Steelers and that will be a huge advantage for the Pittsburgh offense if that’s ultimately the case. Zuttah, Suggs and Urban are all new additions but all three are expected to play Sunday.
The Ravens added wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. (thigh) to the injury report on Thursday due to him being limited in practice with a thigh injury. With that said, it will be surprising if the veteran wide receiver misses the game against the Steelers.
Linebacker Anthony Levine (toe) was also limited on Thursday and that makes two days in a row for him.
Practicing fully on Thursday for the Ravens were guard Marshal Yanda (not injury related) and tackle Alex Lewis (ankle). Yanda was given Wednesday off.
