Season 7, Episode 45 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this Wednesday show, David Todd and I get right to talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers upcoming Thursday night game against the Indianapolis Colts.
We start off by talking about how Colts quarterback Andrew Luck isn’t likely to play Thursday against the Steelers in addition to how a few significant injuries in their secondary could also play a huge role in the contest.
David and I dig into what the Colts have done offensively so far this season and how their running game hasn’t produced very many runs of 10 yards or more. We talk about quarterback Scott Tolzien possibly starting Thursday night and what we expect to see out of the Colts offense in this game.
The Colts defense has allowed quite a few runs of 10 yards or longer so far this season and that leads to us discussing whether or not Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell can exploit that a few times with a few big runs Thursday night.
Will Steelers tight end Ladarius Green have a bigger role in the passing game Thursday night? We discuss that topic as well as what offensive coordinator Todd Haley said about Green on Tuesday.
We move to pick the two early Thanksgiving games before being joined by Phil Wilson, who covers the Colts for all22.com. Phil isn’t optimistic about the Colts’ chances Thursday night against the Steelers and he tells us why.
