The Pittsburgh Steelers have now wrapped up their Tuesday practice ahead of Thursday night’s road game against the Indianapolis Colts and their daily injury report doesn’t include any surprises.
Not practicing on Tuesday were wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey (foot), safety Shamarko Thomas (groin) and ruining back DeAngelo Williams (knee) All three players are expected to miss the game against the Colts.
Limited on Tuesday for the Steelers were safety Jordan Dangerfield (groin) and tight end Xavier Grimble (quadricep). Being as neither could practice fully, there’s a good chance that both will be inactive Thursday night. The two players also missed Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns because of their injuries.
Practicing fully on Tuesday was wide receiver Sammie Coates (finger) and he’s on track to play against the Colts. Coates has been dealing with two broken fingers since Week 5 and has been used mainly on special teams in the Steelers last two games.
