Happy Friday to all of you great people and let me be one of the first to welcome you to the weekend.
The Pittsburgh Steelers enter Week 3 with a 2-0 record and on Sunday they’ll play the also undefeated Philadelphia Eagles, who are on a short week thanks to them playing this past Monday night. A win Sunday by the Steelers will mark the first time since 2010 that they have started a regular season win three straight wins. Additionally, it will mark the first time the Steelers have beaten the Eagles in Philadelphia since 1965.
As usual, I have five questions on this Friday night for all of you to answer in the comments below and I hope several of you will take time to do just that.
Have a great weekend and please be safe. Peace and love to all of you and thank you for stopping by the site this week.
1 – Which one of the Eagles offensive players not named Carson Wentz should the Steelers defense be most concerned about this Sunday?
2 – If things go like many think they will, Steelers wide receiver Markus Wheaton will make his 2016 debut Sunday against the Eagles. What will Wheaton’s final stat line look like after the game is over?
3 – How many sacks will the Steelers have against the Eagles and which player or players will get credit for them?
4 – Will running back DeAngelo Williams rush for more than 100 yards against the Eagles?
5 – Fill in the blanks: __________________ will have the longest reception Sunday for the Steelers and it will go for ____ yards.
Bonus – True or false: The Steelers should have cut linebacker Lawrence Timmons during the offseason in order to save his $8.75 million salary.
