The Pittsburgh Steelers have now lost a few more players to injuries during their preseason game against the New Orleans Saints.
Defensive end Cameron Heyward suffered a right ankle injury in the second quarter and after leaving the field under his own power he was carted back to the Steelers locker room.
Tackle Marcus Gilbert suffered a left elbow injury in the second quarter as well and like Heyward, he is out for the game.
Safety Jacob Hagen also left the game with a right leg injury and he will not return.
As previously reported, safety Shamarko Thomas left the game in the first quarter with a groin injury.
