Eric Weddle is supposed to narrow his list down to two teams today. And while that still could happen, he’s taking a last-minute trip up to Foxborough.
That’s what Jared Tokarz tweeted out earlier today.

In a college recruitment or Bachelor style method, Weddle is reported to cut his list from four to two today, not giving the two teams cut a chance to counter. The Oakland Raiders, Carolina Panthers, and of course, Pittsburgh Steelers have all been linked to the veteran safety.
Price has been a sticking point for the Steelers and probably other teams. Weddle wants to win but three of those four teams can offer that with complete confidence while the Raiders are an ascending team that would allow him – and his family – to stay out on the West Coast.
Ed Bouchette seems to think Weddle is leaning towards New England and might not walk out of the facility without a deal.
Who will get the last two roses? Or will Weddle hand out only one? We could find out later today.
