Two Pittsburgh Steelers players have left the Week 12 game against the Seattle Seahawks with injuries.
Tight end Heath Miller left the field to have his ribs examined and his return is probable. Miller has 5 catches for 45 yards in the game already. The Steelers dressed three tight ends on Sunday.
Linebacker Ryan Shazier also left with the help of trainers as it looked like he may have suffered a concussion. Shazier is reportedly going thru the NFL concussion protocol.
Shazier missed four games earlier this season with a shoulder/neck injury. He entered the game as questionable with a knee injury. Vince Williams replaced Shazier in the Steelers defense.
The Steelers currently lead the Seahawks 10-7 in the second quarter.
UPDATE: Miller has been downgraded to questionable to return with a rib injury. Shazier is out for the rest of today’s game with a concussion.
