Season 6, Episode 24 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this show, David Todd and I start things off by going over what Pittsburgh Steelers injury report heading into Friday. We both agree that things are not looking good for cornerback Brandon Boykin right now thanks to a groin issue that surfaced this week. Should we be worried that linebacker Ryan Shazier and cornerback Cortez Allen always seem to show up on the injury report? We discuss that.
We move on to discuss the Thursday night game between the Denver Broncos and the Kansas City Chiefs as the Steelers will play both of these teams later on this season. This talk winds up having us discussing quarterback rankings just one week into the season.
Are either of us concerned about Steelers kicker Josh Scobee after he missed two field goals last Thursday in the opener? In short, no.
We move on to wrap up our final thoughts on the upcoming game between the Steelers and San Francisco 49ers as it relates to what we expect to see on both sides of the football.
Should Dri Archer or Jordan Todman return kickoffs this week? We discuss that as well.
In the final part of this Friday show, we give you our Week 2 picks of every game remaining on the schedule.
