The Pittsburgh Steelers have now wrapped up their Tuesday practice as they continue to prepare for their Thursday night regular-season opener against the New England Patriots and the team’s daily injury report once again only includes one player listed on it.
Quarterback Landry Jones (concussion) remained sidelined with his concussion on Tuesday. Jones, who will likely be officially ruled out for Thursday’s game on Wednesday, wasn’t going to dress anyways. The third-year quarterback hasn’t dressed for a single regular-season game since he came into the league with the Steelers.
For the Patriots, center Bryan Stork (concussion) didn’t practice for a third straight day, putting his status for Thursday night in serious doubt. If he can’t play, Ryan Wendell would likely start in his absence.
Safety Tavon Wilson (quad) was limited again on Tuesday while running back Travaris Cadet (hamstring) and defensive end Trey Flowers (knee) both practiced fully once again.
