Season 6, Episode 8 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this show, David Todd and I get right to talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers decision to sign veteran kicker Garrett Hartley on Tuesday to replace the injured Shaun Suisham and that includes us going over a few of his career stats.
Head coach Mike Tomlin talked to the media Wednesday about the upcoming Friday night preseason game against the Jacksonville Jaguars so we pass along what he had to say about injuries and playing time distribution in addition to a few other of his main talking points.
David and I then proceed to go back over the performance of quarterback Landry Jones in the Sunday night preseason opener loss to the Minnesota Vikings.
I have now released my latest 53 man roster prediction so David and I discuss it in detail to see if we are in agreement with the choices I made.
We close this episode out by talking about several news and notes from around the league and that includes us discussing whether or not the Cleveland Browns should sign free agent running back Ray Rice.
As always, several other smaller talking points are mixed in throughout the show that are not highlighted here.
