The Pittsburgh Steelers have now removed another player from their Active PUP list as quarterback Bruce Gradkowski was given the green light Sunday to resume practicing.
The #Steelers have activated QB Bruce Gradkowski from the Active/PUP List after passing his training camp physical. He will practice today.

Gradkowski has reportedly been dealing with a sore throwing shoulder dating back to the offseason practices and that’s what led to him being placed on the PUP list upon his arrival to training camp a few weeks ago.
With Gradkowski now cleared to resume practicing, we’ll have to wait and see if he’s allowed to play next Sunday afternoon in the Steelers third preseason game against the Green Bay Packers. If that happens, he will likely receive playing time in the second quarter and that would likey result in Landry Jones not seeing action in that game until the second half.
With Gradkowski now off the PUP, that leaves tackle Mike Adams and cornerback Senquez Golson as the only two players remaining on the list.
