He’s currently scheduled to miss the first three games of 2015 season due to a suspension, but when Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell does finally hit the field, we should see an even better version than the one that registered 2215 total yards from scrimmage in 2014.
Bell, who has been training this offseason in Miami at the Bommarito Performance Center, posted Tuesday on his Instagram account that he’s easily in the best shape he’s ever been in. Judging by a picture he posted last week, he’s probably not lying as he looks cut up.
Bell, whose new nickname is “Juice”, also appears to be fully recovered from the right knee injury suffered in the 2014 regular-season finale that prevented him from playing in the playoffs and the Pro Bowl. He also promised to post more videos later in the day.
This past weekend, Bell traveled to Los Angeles to shoot a new Nike commercial that will apparently include New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski.
There still is no word on the status of Bell’s appeal with a little more than a week to go until the Steelers report to Latrobe for training camp.
