The Pittsburgh Steelers will be bringing in several more players for visits prior to the 2015 NFL Draft and Norfolk State outside linebacker Lynden Trail could very well wind up being one of them.

Trail, who measures in at 6-7, 269-pounds, posted Friday in Twitter that the Steelers called him Friday morning. Trail, however, didn’t reveal whether or not he will be flying to Pittsburgh next week for a pre-draft visit.
At Norfolk State, Trail started 27-of-36 games. He recorded 255 tackles of which 101 were solos. He also had 19.5 sacks, 30 stops for losses and 27 quarterback pressures. He intercepted two passes and deflected sixteen others in addition to blocking a pair of kicks, recovering seven fumbles and forcing eight others.
Trail was a three-time All-Mid Eastern Athletic Conference first-team choice and was named a finalist for the Buck Buchanan Award for a second straight season in 2014.
Trail is expected to be drafted sometime on day-three and many believe that a few 4-3 teams might have interest in him in addition to teams that run a 3-4.
