The Pittsburgh Steelers will host the New Orleans Saints after their bye week and it looks like the visitors will be without two of their key players for the Week 13 game.
According to The Times-Picayune , the Saints placed starting free safety Rafael Bush and rookie wide receiver Brandin Cooks on injured reserve Tuesday after both suffered season-ending injuries in the loss Sunday to the Cincinnati Bengals.
Cooks, who was drafted in the first round back in May by the Saints, had already registered 53 catches for 550 yards and three touchdowns in his rookie season. In addition to that he was also the Saints primary punt returner.
As for Bush, he had registered 55 total tackles for Saints in the 10 games that he played in this season. He had started the last seven games for the Saints at free safety.
Before the Saints travel to Pittsburgh to play the Steelers they will host the Baltimore Ravens this coming Monday night. The Saints are currently favored by three points in that game at most online betting sites as of Tuesday evening.
