The Miami Dolphins will host the Buffalo Bills Thursday night at Sun Life Stadium and if you are a Pittsburgh Steelers fan, you’ll probably want to hope that the visiting team wins.
The Dolphins and Bills enter this game with identical 5-4 records, but being as the former currently has the better conference record (4-2), a Miami loss could wind up helping the Steelers down the road should playoff tiebreakers come into play. Let’s face it, as inconsistent as the Steelers have playing this season, it’s not too early to start watching the scoreboards.
In addition to the above, after Thursday night’s game the Dolphins will only have three games left on their schedule against teams that currently have a winning record and two of their remaining games are against the (2-8) New York Jets.
The Bills on the other hand still have four games remaining on their schedule against teams that currently have a winning record.
The Dolphins are currently favored by 4.5 points at most of the online betting sites.
