As the NFL enters Week 9 of the 2014 season, several online betting sites currently have the Pittsburgh Steelers favored by one point over the Baltimore Ravens.
The Sunday night game at Heinz Field matches two teams both sporting 5-3 records and two divisional loses against each other. If the Steelers lose Sunday night they will effectively be two games behind the Ravens as they will have been swept by Baltimore this season.
If playing the Ravens Sunday night in primetime isn’t enough reason for the Steelers to get excited, there will be even more extra motivation associated with the game as the organization will officially retire No. 75 at halftime as a tribute to Hall of Famer Joe Greene.
Currently, the Cincinnati Bengals lead the AFC North division with a 4-2-1 record, however, their Week 6 tie could play a huge factor later on in the season depending on how the rest of their season plays out.
The Steelers will play the Bengals twice during the final four weeks of the season with the final meeting between the two teams taking place in Week 17.
