Pittsburgh Steelers nose tackle Steve McLendon suffered a right shoulder in the first half of the Sunday game against the Cleveland Browns and he will not return for the second half.
McLendon dealt with a shoulder injury earlier in the year.
The Browns lead the Steelers 21-3 at halftime and with McLendon now out, Cam Thomas will more than likely play nose tackle in the second half.
The Steelers only dressed five defensive linemen Sunday so rookie defensive end Stephon Tuitt will likely see more playing time with McLendon now sidelined.
