The Jacksonville Jaguars will host the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday at at EverBank Field and their first injury report of the week has seven players listed on it.
Not practicing Wednesday were wide receiver Cecil Shorts (hamstring), wide receiver Marqise Lee (hamstring), tight end Mickey Shuler (illness) and cornerback Dwayne Gratz (concussion).
As previously reported, both Shorts and Lee aren’t expected to play Sunday against the Steelers because of hamstring injuries.
As for Gratz, who has started the first four games for the Jaguars this season, head coach Gus Bradley said Wednesday he’s assuming he’ll be without his cornerback this weekend. If that winds up being the case, second-year cornerback Demetrius McCray would likely start opposite Alan Ball.
Limited on Wednesday for the Jaguars were defensive tackle Roy Miller (ankle), defensive end Ryan Davis (shoulder) and fullback Will Ta’ufo’ou (ankle).
