The Pittsburgh Steelers were drilled 26-6 Thursday night by the Baltimore Ravens and the only real bright spot coming out of the game was the fact that the team probably suffer any serious injuries.
Wide receiver Antonio Brown (head), who left in the first quarter of the game in order to get checked out for a concussion, was able to return and finish after being cleared in the locker room.
After the game, head coach Mike Tomlin only noted nose tackle Steve McLendon (shoulder) during his run down of injured players.
“A bunch of bumps and bruises,” said Tomlin during his post game press conference. “Steve McLendon has a shoulder and wasn’t able to return. I’ll have an update for you, obviously, at the appropriate time, but I don’t have anything other than that right now.”
Linebacker Lawrence Timmons left the game in the fourth quarter, but like Brown, he was able to return to the game.
