Color me surprised. It appears as though recently retired linebacker James Harrison is considering playing one more season with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Stay tuned and watch the video below.
The Steelers placed outside linebacker Jarvis Jones on the injured reserve/designated for return list Monday after he had surgery to repair the right wrist that he injured Sunday night against the Carolina Panthers.
The Steelers have yet to fill the roster spot created by moving Jones to the injured reserve/designated for return list, so they might be waiting on Harrison to come in and take a physical.
Harrison, 36, held his retirement press conference a little more than two weeks ago.
I’m really surprised and this must mean that Harrison has been promised that he will start or at least platoon heavily with Arthur Moats on the right side.
The #Steelers will be signing their own former star LB James Harrison over the next few days, I’m told.

LB James Harrison scheduled to meet Tuesday with Steelers coaches. Assuming it goes well, he signs with PITT.
