Steelers Spence, Worilds Leave Eagles Game With Right Knee Injuries

The Pittsburgh Steelers currently trail the Philadelphia Eagles 24-0 in the second half and third-year linebacker has exited with a right knee injury, according to Burt Lauten.

Spence tore up his left knee two years ago in the preseason finale against the Carolina Panthers.

Spence will not return to the game and the severity of the injury is currently unknown.

Spence was drafted in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft out of Miami.

In addition to Spence, starting linebacker Jason Worilds has also left the game with a right knee injury and will not return to the game. Worilds is reportedly sitting on the bench with an ice pack on his injured knee.
