The Pittsburgh Steelers have put the wraps on their Thursday practice as they continue to prepare to play the Green Bay Packers this Sunday and the injury report shows just a few changes from the one released on Wednesday.
Defensive end Brett Keisel (foot) remains limited, but baring a setback, it appears as though he will be able to play in some capacity against the Packers. These final two games could be the last of Keisel’s career and he wants to get back on the field in case they are.
Wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery (shoulder), tight end Heath Miller (not injury related) and safety Troy Polamalu (not injury related) all practiced fully on Thursday after missing the Wednesday session.
Tackle Marcus Gilbert (ankle), wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders (foot) and tackle Kelvin Beachum (knee) also all practiced fully on Thursday. Gilbert had been limited on Wednesday, while Beachum is a new addition to the injury report this week as he was not listed on it on Wednesday.
Nose tackle Steve McLendon (ankle) also practiced fully again on Thursday as well.
