The Pittsburgh Steelers will host a very healthy Chicago Bears team Sunday night at Heinz Field and that is reflected in the visiting team’s first injury report of the week that was released on Wednesday.
Cornerback Charles Tillman (knee) was held out of practice Wednesday for precautionary reasons, according to Bears head coach Marc Trestman. He is expected to practice Thursday and be ready to play Sunday night.
Limited on Wednesday were tight end Martellus Bennett (shoulder) and guard Kyle Long (back), both of whom are starters. Neither are expected to miss practice time moving forward.
Defensive end Julius Peppers, who missed practice time last week with flu-like symptoms, practiced fully on Wednesday and was not listed on the Bears injury report.
