The full 2013 NFL schedule will be released later on this evening, but according to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, the Baltimore Ravens will open the season on the road against the Denver Broncos.
It has become tradition that the Super Bowl champions kickoff the season at home on Thursday night, however, the Ravens and Baltimore Orioles had a scheduling conflict with each other that couldn\’t be resolved. This resulted in the Ravens having to open on the road instead.
There was some speculation that the Broncos might play the Indianapolis Colts in the Week 1, and this led to thoughts that the Pittsburgh Steelers would possibly be hosting the Ravens to open up the season instead.
The rest of the NFL schedule dates and times for 2013 will be released later on this evening on the NFL Network. As it stands right now, the only game that the Steelers have set on their schedule is their Week 4 match-up in London against the Minnesota Vikings.
Below is a list of all of the opponents the Steelers will face next season both home and away:
Home: Baltimore, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Buffalo, Chicago, Detroit, Miami and Tennessee
Away: Baltimore, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Green Bay, Minnesota (London), New England, New York Jets and Oakland.
