Steelers Injury Report: Keenan Lewis, Curtis Brown & Mike Wallace Remain Sidelined Thursday

The Pittsburgh Steelers continued on with their practice preparations on Thursday as they ready for their season finale Sunday at Heinz Field against the Cleveland Browns.

The Thursday injury report is out and it shows that tackle Mike Adams (ankle), cornerback Keenan Lewis (knee), cornerback Curtis Brown (ankle), wide receiver Mike Wallace (hip) and safety Troy Polamalu (not injury related) all sat out on Thursday.

Adams had practiced on a limited basis on Thursday so it is not a good sign that he was unable to work on Thursday. It is also not a good sign that Brown, Lewis and Wallace were unable to go for a second consecutive day as well. Polamalu is expected to practice fully on Friday per his normal routine.

Should both Brown and Lewis be sidelined on Sunday the Steelers most likely would start Josh Victorian opposite Cortez Allen in the secondary. If Wallace is unable to play then Plaxico Burress would most likely dress in his place.

Added to the injury report on Thursday as being limited was linebacker Marshall McFadden (abdomen). The Steelers young inside linebacker was just promoted to the 53 man roster on Wednesday.

Guard David DeCastro (hamstring) practiced fully for a second straight day on Thursday and looks to be on track to play Sunday against the Browns.
