It is only Week 13 of the 2012 NFL season and we are already running out of drama as far as which teams will win their divisions in the AFC and which teams will be battling for a Wild Card spot.
Only 7 teams in the AFC enter week 13 with a winning record and thankfully the Pittsburgh Steelers are one of those teams. However, a loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday would put them at .500 and would allow the Ravens to clinch the AFC North division should the Cincinnati Bengals lose to the San Diego Chargers.
The New England Patriots and the Denver Broncos can also clinch their divisions as well this week simply by winning their games. The Houston Texans can\’t clinch the AFC South this weekend, but they can clinch a playoff berth a number of ways with winning being the easiest of them.
A loss by Steelers on Sunday would mean that they would be guaranteed to start the playoffs on the road, assuming that they make the playoffs as one of the two Wild Card teams.
