Season 3, Episode 33 of The Terrible Podcast is up and co-host David Todd and I start by recapping the Tuesday press conference of Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin as it relates to injuries, special teams and wide receiver Mike Wallace. With tackle Marcus Gilbert out again this week we ponder whether or not rookie Mike Adams can take that right tackle spot away from him. Will David DeCastro practice this week? we do not know for sure, but it is worth watching for. Where does Jonathan Dwyer stand right now in the pecking order? We talk about it. David and I move on to wrap up the play of the Steelers in the win over the Cincinnati Bengals and we mix in several other talking points before getting to our weekly beat writer who covers the Steelers upcoming opponent.
In part two of the show we welcome Mike Jones, who covers the Washington Redskins for the Washington Post. Mike gives us the low down on the injuries heading into this game and gives us his insight into the Redskins on both sides of the ball. We talk about the problems that quarterback Robert Griffin III will present to the Steelers and just how vulnerable the Redskins defense might be on Sunday. Mike really does a great job of bringing all of us up to speed on the Redskins heading into the weekend.
