Pittsburgh Steelers fullback David Johnson was carted off with an apparent leg or knee injury after being rolled up from behind by tackle Marcus Gilbert in the first quarter of the game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Steelers opening drive went 16 plays for 52 yards in 9:48 and culminated with a 46 yard field goal by kicker Shaun Suisham.
