This is the third of many special Pittsburgh Steelers training camp editions of the The Terrible Podcast and co-host David Todd, who was once again at practice today, checks in via the cell phone so we can talk about what he observed Saturday as the Steelers donned the pads for the first time.
David and I talk briefly to start with about the Steelers giving Antonio Brown his extension yesterday and whether or not we think that Mike Wallace will be traded like many are suggesting. We will get into that more on the next full episode of the podcast on Tuesday.
David then fills us in the blocking drill of the running backs and fullbacks today and also gives his take on the first backs on backers drill of training camp. We talk about what kind of work the offense got done today and the few skirmishes that took place in addition. We cover a little special teams and a little defense before getting to an email from a listener that had a few questions for David.
We will continue these mini podcast updates all through training camp and we appreciate all of the great feedback we have gotten on them.
