The first practice of Ravens week two is now complete as the Steelers prepare to host the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday night at Heinz Field. The Wednesday injury says that linebacker James Farrior (calf), linebacker James Harrison (eye), wide receiver Hines Ward (ankle), linebacker LaMarr Woodley (hamstring) and tackle Jonathan Scott (ankle) were all limited today. Harrison is still hopeful to play this weekend, but won\’t overrule what the doctors say. Harrison said, “I\’ve only got two eyes. I\’m not messing with my vision.” Ward said earlier in the day that he would not miss this game for the world. There was no sign of Woodley in the locker room after practice and Farrior declined to answer questions about his status following practice. Guard Doug Legursky (toe) and wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders (knee) were both out of practice on Wednesday. Legursky has been ruled out for Sunday night while Sanders is back home in Texas with his family following the death of his mother yesterday. Sanders is expected to play Sunday according to reports. Linebacker Jason Worilds (quad) is not on the injury report to start the week and practiced fully. Also not on the injury report was nose tackle Chris Hoke (neck).
For the Ravens on Wednesday, linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (thigh), wide receiver Lee Evans (ankle), defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (thigh) and wide receiver David Reed (knee) all did not practice today. Guard Ben Grubbs (toe), cornerback Danny Gorrer (thigh), center Matt Birk (neck) and running back Anthony Allen (hamstring) were all limited on Wednesday.
