Jeff Pash has said he expects the league and its players to continue working toward separate votes today on a new CBA that would end the four-month-old lockout. He thinks both sides are at the point where they can close. Reading between the lines I see it being Friday.
John Clayton posted the cap situations for all 21 teams yesterday and as expected the Steelers are indeed $10 million over. Looking within the division, the Ravens are $5.33 under, the Bengals are $35.9 under and the Browns are $33.3 under.
