The Arizona Cardinals have now released their first injury report of Week 14 ahead of their Sunday home game against the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Wednesday offering shows that four players sat out practice earlier in the day.
Not practicing for the cardinals on Wednesday were defensive end Jonathan Bullard (hamstring), wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald (not injury related), defensive tackle Corey Peters (not injury related) and guard J.R. Sweezy (illness).
Bullard is not expected to play against the Steelers on Sunday due to the hamstring injury he suffered this past weekend. Zach Kerr is expected to fill in for Bullard on Sunday against the Steelers.
Limited on Wednesday for the Cardinals was safety Jalen Thompson (concussion). Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury said Tuesday that Thompson is day-to-day so he’s effectively questionable to play on Sunday against the Steelers.
Cardinals backup center Lamont Gaillard (thumb) is listed as practicing fully on Wednesday. He has yet to play in a game this season, however.
