The Pittsburgh Steelers have now released their list of seven players who will be inactive for the team’s Sunday afternoon Week 10 home game against the Los Angeles Rams and as expected, the four players who ended the week listed as out on the team’s injury report are included on it.
Inactive for the Steelers Sunday afternoon after being officially listed as out for the Week 10 game on the Friday injury report are running back James Conner (shoulder), fullback Roosevelt Nix (knee), running back Benny Snell Jr. (knee) and guard Ramon Foster (concussion). This makes two games in a row that Conner, Snell and Foster have missed with their injuries.
With running backs Conner and Snell both sidelined again on Sunday, running back Jaylen Samuels start against the Rams and be backed up by Trey Edmunds and rookie Tony Brooks-James. With Foster down again this week, speculation is that starting right tackle Matt Feiler will start in his place at left guard instead of B.J. Finney, who manned that position last Sunday.
After ending the week listed as questionable on the Steelers injury report with a toe injury, wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster is active on Sunday and will play against the Rams.
The other Steelers inactive players for Week 10 are a healthy scratches and they are defensive end L.T. Walton, quarterback Paxton Lynch, and tight end Zach Gentry.
