The Pittsburgh Steelers have now released their second official injury report of Week 10 ahead of their Sunday home game against the Los Angeles Rams and the Thursday offering doesn’t include great news when it comes to several starters on offense.
Sitting out the Steelers Thursday practice were running back James Conner (shoulder), guard Ramon Foster (concussion), running back Trey Edmunds (ribs), fullback Roosevelt Nix (knee), running back Benny Snell (knee), and defensive end Tyson Alualu (knee).
Snell has already been ruled out for the Steelers Sunday game against the Rams and it’s looks like Conner and Foster will both miss that contest as well. It will be interesting to see if Nix and Edmunds can practice fully on Friday. Additionally, it’s concerning to see Alualu added to the Steelers injury report on Thursday so hopefully his knee isn’t serious.
Steelers wide receiver Ryan Switzer (back) practiced full on Thursday after sitting out the team’s Wednesday session. As expected, inside linebacker Mark Barron (not injury related), center Maurkice Pouncey (not injury related) and tight end Vance McDonald (not injury related) all practiced on Thursday after being given Wednesday off to rest.
