Bengals Friday Injury Report Week 12: Two Ruled Out, Two Others Questionable

The Cincinnati Bengals have now released what will likely be their final injury report of Week 12 ahead of the team’s Sunday home game against the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Friday offering shows that two players have been officially ruled out for that contest with two others being listed as questionable for it.

After failing to practice all week the Bengals listed wide receiver A.J. Green (ankle) and tight end Drew Sample (ankle) as out for the Sunday game against the Steelers. Green has yet to play in a game this season.

Ending the week listed as questionable for the Bengals are wide receiver Stanley Morgan (illness) and wide receiver Auden Tate (concussion). Morgan failed to practice all week while Tate was only a limited participant on Friday, which was the first day he’s practiced this week.

With Tate and Morgan both banged up, it will be interesting to see if the Bengals sign a wide receiver or two off their practice squad on Saturday.

Practicing fully for the Bengals on Friday were defensive tackle Geno Atkins (not injury related), guard Billy Price (back), safety Shawn Williams (thumb), cornerback Darqueze Dennard (not injury related), tight end Tyler Eifert (not injury related), and guard Alex Redmond (ankle, knee).

None of those six players were given game status designations on Friday so barring something unexpected, all should be ready to play Sunday against the Steelers.
