The Los Angeles Chargers have finally released their second injury report of Week 6 ahead of them hosting the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday night and their Thursday offering shows a few new developments.
Not practicing again for the Chargers on Thursday were safety Nasir Adderley (hamstring), kicker Michael Badgley (right groin), defensive end Melvin Ingram (hamstring), and running back Justin Jackson (calf). It certainly appears as though that those four players will miss the Sunday night game against the Steelers.
Chargers linebacker Thomas Davis (not injury related) also failed to practice on Thursday but he was apparently just given a veteran day off.
Limited for the Chargers on Wednesday were wide receiver Andre Patton (quad) and tight end Hunter Henry (knee). Patton had failed to practice on Wednesday so he’s moving in the right direction. As for Henry, who has been sidelined since Week 1, it will be interesting to see if he plays Sunday night and how much if he does dress.
Practicing fully on Thursday for the Chargers were punter Ty Long (left foot) and linebacker Denzel Perryman (ankle) and cornerback Casey Hayward (back) and all three are expected to play Sunday night against the Steelers.
