The Winner Of The 2019 Steelers Mock Draft Contest Is …

Steelers NFL Draft logos

I have now finally managed to score all of the 2019 Pittsburgh Steelers mock draft contest submissions that I received this year and according to the results that I have, Alex Moore won with 60 points and he beat out Andrew Falce via the tiebreaker.

As of right now, Alex is the unofficial winner of the contest. In order to make sure that I did not make any mistakes, all of you have until 9 AM EST Tuesday to protest that you had a higher score than both Alex and Andrew did. If no errors are found, then both Alex and Andrew will be paid their winnings. The two winners need to contact me soon at admin {{at}} steelersdepot {{dot}} com to claim your winnings.

I hope you all enjoyed the contest once again this year and I am always open to making it better if you have any ideas. If you feel your submission needs to be double-checked, email me and tell me your submission name and what you think your score should be.

Interesting enough, while there were quite a few people who had wide receiver Diontae Johnson as one of their 50 players the Steelers might choose, most had him listed as being drafted in rounds 5-7. A very few amount of people submitted tight end Zach Gentry as one of their 50 players and I nobody submitted outside linebacker Sutton Smith. Obviously, the most popular submitted correct players were linebacker Devin Bush and Justin Layne.

Below are the winning submissions:

1st place: Alex Moore SCORE: 60
Devin Bush 1
Justin Layne 3
Benny Snell Jr. 6
Isaiah Buggs 6
Ulysees Gilbert III 7
Diontae Johnson 7
Tiebreaker Question 160

2nd place: Andrew Falce SCORE: 60
Devin Bush 1
Justin Layne 2
Isaiah Buggs 6
Diontae Johnson 6
Ulysees Gilbert III 6
Benny Snell Jr. 5
Tiebreaker Question N/A
