The Pittsburgh Steelers and Miami Dolphins have both released their lists of inactive players ahead of Sunday’s Wild Card game at Heinz Field and when it comes to the home team’s seven, there are no surprises based on how the final injury report looked on Friday.
After being ruled out with ankle injuries on the Friday injury report, linebacker Anthony Chickillo and defensive end Ricardo Mathews are both inactive. Tight end Ladarius Green is also inactive after ending the week listed as questionable. Green, who practiced fully on Wednesday and Thursday, couldn’t work on Friday. He suffered his concussion back in Week 15 and hasn’t played since.
In addition to quarterback Zach Mettenberger and tackle Brian Mihalik being healthy scratches, so is cornerback Justin Gilbert.
Safety Robert Golden is down again as he’s still yet to overcome an ankle injury that he suffered a few weeks ago.
After ending the week listed as questionable, linebacker Vince Williams is active and will play against the Dolphins.
