The Pittsburgh Steelers and Kansas City Chiefs have both announced their lists of inactive players ahead of Sunday’s Divisional Round playoff game and when it comes to the visiting team, there really aren’t any big surprises when it comes their seven players.
After ending the week listed on the Steelers injury report, linebacker Anthony Chickillo (ankle), tight end Ladarius Green (concussion), defensive end Ricardo Mathews (ankle) and running back Fitzgerald Toussaint are all inactive Sunday against the Chiefs.
Chickillo was ruled out for the game on Friday while Green ended the week listed as doubtful. Both players failed to participate in practice during the week. Mathews and Toussaint both ended the week listed as questionable on the Steelers injury report.
Joining those four players on the Steelers inactive list are three healthy scratches and they are quarterback Zach Mettenberger, tackle Brian Mihalik and cornerback Al-Hajj Shabazz.
Safety Robert Golden is active for the game against the Chiefs after missing the last two games with an ankle injury.
